Kicking off the New Year, the Lori Brener Scholarship Fund Bollywood Party features an exceptional cocktail, a remarkable auction, and delectable food for a Bollywood-themed evening of dancing and fun. Raising tens of thousands of dollars each year, this event supports the Lori Brener Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarship funding to deserving Littles who graduate high school and are continuing their education in college.
Guys Night Out

Co-hosted with The BBBSM Foundation Board Men, this event is an opportunity to thank our Big Brothers, fundraise, and celebrate the impact of mentoring.

Hosted by the Miracle Society, the most anticipated Sunday brunch event is held at the world-famous Joe’s Stone Crab on Miami Beach. Themed to the roaring 20’s, Jazz at Joe’s is a fun and lively event that hosts Miami’s top philanthropists and kicks off our event season.
The Big Celebrity Golf Classic

Held in December at Miami Beach Golf Club. The Big Celebrity Golf Classic in partnership with the Irie Foundation is a beautiful and exciting day of golf. Corporations and individuals alike participate in this full-day event, which includes premium player gifts, on-course hospitality, and a luncheon and awards ceremony.

Children’s Holiday Party
BBBSM spreads the holiday cheer to our Bigs and Littles at the Children’s Holiday Party, held at Zoo Miami. One of the many great opportunities for Bigs and Littles to bond, this event includes entertainment for both Littles and Bigs, along with gifts distributed by Santa and his helpers.
A Big Night Out
Bigs are the heart of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Without Bigs, we cannot do what we do. So we kick off the New Year by honoring our Bigs as part of National Mentoring Month every January at the Carnival Center for Excellence. This event thanks our Bigs for their commitment to making a life-changing impact in the life of a child.
Graduation Ceremony
& Celebration
The most anticipated event of the year celebrates the success of our Littles as they graduate high school and transition into adulthood. Littles, Bigs, and families come out to congratulate them during a special Big Brothers Big Sisters graduation procession. Several Littles who are continuing onto higher education are also awarded with scholarships to help cover the cost of college. Graduates and their Bigs enjoy a post-graduation celebration hosted by the Big Brothers Big Sisters Alumni Association.
